Birria Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 3-5lbs of cubed meat (beef, lamb, chicken or pork)
  • 1 Birria Yum Yum Bomb
  • 6 cups of water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Break up any pieces of the bomb that remain and shred meat.

Suggested with Corn Tortillas, Chihuahua Cheese, Fresh Onions & Cilantro

Optional Substitutions: Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for Chihuahua Cheese

Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 3-5lbs of cubed beef roast
  • 1 Italian Beef Yum Yum Bomb
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Break up any pieces of the bomb that remain and shred meat.

Suggested on a hoagie roll and provolone cheese

Optional Additions: Pepperoncini, Substitute 1 cup water for your favorite beer

Crack Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 6oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Crack Chicken Yum Yum Bomb
  • 1 8oz Block of cream cheese
  • 1/4 Cup water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Break up any pieces of the bomb that remain and shred meat.

Serve as sliders, sandwiches or stir in any cooked pasta

Optional Additions: Shredded cheese, chopped green onions

Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 lbs Stew Meat
  • 1 Beef Stew Yum Yum Bomb
  • 4 Cups Veggies (Fresh, Frozen or Canned)
  • 2 Cups water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir to break up any pieces of the bomb that remain.

Note: Add canned veggies an hour before serving to prevent overcooking.

Enjoy with Cornbread

Carnitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Shoulder (Pork Butt)
  • 1 Carnitas Yum Yum Bomb
  • 3 cups of water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Break up any pieces of the bomb that remain and shred meat.

Suggested with Corn Tortillas, with Fresh Onions & Cilantro
